I've taken my dog, Maggie to several groomers in the city. After trying Tucker Pup's I will never go back to the others. The groomers were great with Maggie, and the longest it would take is an hour and half. The others she would be tied up on a shelf for several hours. My sister referred me to Tucker Pup's and she was also happy with them.

Fozzie looks great! I asked Joanna to maintain Fozzie's length in certain areas and to otherwise give him a 'summer cut.' She did just that. She was kind enough to take the time to talk to me. As a hairdresser myself, I really appreciate this. Thank you and we will be seeing you soon!

We were extremely happy with the grooming -- Schazam and Schnitzel looked absolutely adorable. Since the person who regularly grooms them is on maternity leave, we weren't sure how they would turn out. It's easy to get comfortable with one groomer when she provides consistently great service. However, we were thrilled to see the work done by the new (to us) groomer. The length of their hair was perfect. She did the job extremely well and fast. Their teddy-bear style faces were spot on, and we're so glad to know that when your star groomer is out, you have equally talented groomers to fill her shoes.

I just wanted to let you know that we LOVE the new groomer! She does an amazing job with Bella. We used to have to let Bella's hair grow out for weeks before she looked somewhat back to her normal self. With the new groomer, she looks great from day 1.

The experience today, was as always just great. The girls look great and let me tell you, the neighbors think so too. The doorman in my building insisted on taking a picture.
But most of all, the girls love going there and that speaks volumes to me. And, your staff has always been fabulous to me and so very flexible and accommodating. I have no other remarks but to sing your praises to everyone who asks.

Everyone was so nice, quick and friendly!! And this is the BEST haircut Nani has ever had! Previous groomers at Tucker Pup's complained about how knotty Nani was, but whomever cut her was able to keep her hair long and get the 'dreadlocks' out! They also didn't keep her "beard" (which I hate) nor did they spray her with cheap dog perfume (which I hate).
Please note the name so I can have the same wonderful groomer next time! She made my weekend!

Love, love, love the haircut! It was by far the best haircut she has ever had! Upon meeting Joanna, she genuinely embraced Cucciolina. I know it's not just my dog, but you could tell that she cares for dogs in general. That's a great quality to have and I like that about her. I love my dog's haircut and the groomer! I hope she stays with Tucker Pup's!

First of all, thank you for being so accommodating and getting Chestnut in today. Second, thank you for Joanna. She did an amazing job grooming Chestnut. He is so beautiful. Please tell the groomer what a great job she did with Louise. When John and I opened the door Friday evening - literally we stood there with our mouths wide open. Louise's head and beard have never, ever looked so beautiful. Although it was trimmed, it looked so natural we were in awe. That is truly an art and cannot be learned simply by teaching. She received the best groom of her life. I am so excited to finally have a groomer (after three previous) who knows how to groom a Havanese!

I am extremely happy with the grooming at Tucker Pup's. Mercedes is all pretty and clean and smells great. Since she's a Bearded Collie she has long hair and they get out all her matting out when she has any. I would recommend their grooming for any breed.

Let me start by saying what brought me into your place of business was the fact that my dog would not at the groomer’s all day. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am with Tina and as soon as we meet her I felt comfortable, she showed care for my dog Bubblez who was so nervous. I just want to thank Tina for her service and I look forward to bringing my dog to your facility again where I know she will be cared for.

We are very happy with the grooming Charlie received. It was exactly what we wanted. He looks great and he was very happy when we picked him up. Joanne was great and noted that Charlie was a very good dog. It took exactly how long Joanne said it would so he wasn't there too long. Again, we are very pleased.
We are moving to Chicago from New York next summer so we will most definitely return to Tucker Pup's when are back in Chicago.

Just wanted to say what an outstanding job your groomer did! Once he dried fully his coat was shiny and soft and he looks fabulous! (especially for the price). We will be repeat customers -- I try to get him groomed about every 6 weeks. I really think this is the best quality for the best value I have ever gotten for a large dog groom (and I've had a GS dogs for 15 years).
