I was thrilled with Tucker Pup's and the enthusiastic and friendly staff that took care of Lexy and Sammy when they stayed for boarding this fall. With each weighing only in at 4 pounds, I was skeptical of leaving them in a boarding facility for fear of them being hurt or merely overwhelmed by much larger and active dogs. However, I was pleased to discover how accommodating Tucker Pup's was, depending upon the needs of each individual dog that walked in the door. Sammy and Lexy had a grand time and are anxious to return!

I didn't have the chance to actually come see Tucker Pup's (my fiance did the drop off and pick up), but I am really impressed with your company. I believe a gentleman named Colter helped me get set up with you and he was great. My fiance also had very positive things to say about his interactions with everyone during the drop off and pick up. We'll certainly use you guys in the future and recommend to anyone who is need of a grooming, daycare, or boarding.

Annie and Hoss love coming in to stay with you guys! And I love the fact that even though they only come in for boarding when we go out of town, you and your staff always remember them. It's great to go away on vacation and know that our puppies are well cared for and having a wonderful time. As an added bonus, they are usually worn out from playing when we get them home, just as we are worn out from travelling, so we can all rest together! Thanks so much for taking great care of Annie and Hoss!

Fritz seems to really like his time spent at Tucker Pup's - and he usually is tired for the rest of the day whenever we bring him home.
Some days when he seems board he likes to 'walk' me toward Tucker Pup's.
I’ve been really pleased so far with my experiences with your facility and your staff. Everyone knows Fritz by name and he is very happy to see everyone.

Right from the very start everything ran smoothly. The staff were very polite and helpful. The area for the dogs seemed very clean. When it came time to pick up our dog, she seemed in very good spirits and had even put on a little weight (she?s used to running at least 15 miles a week), so it showed she was a happy dog. And she didn't come back with kennel cough which is what happened last time she went to a kennel. Overall, a very good experience.

My experience was good and Odin seemed very happy and had a good time. Your personnel was very helpful. I appreciated the calls for updates on any situations with Odin or how he was reacting / behaving.

We continue to be very pleased with Tucker Pup's. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous, we always feel comfortable leaving Rowdy for regularly scheduled day care as well as occasional overnight boarding. We know the dog loves it as well. We can count on Rowdy sleeping for 24-48 hours after his visits, recuperating. : ) We also enjoy hearing how Rowdy behaved during his visits.

We are so happy to have Tucker Pup's wonderful, caring, trustworthy staff to care for our 2 German Shepherds while at daycare or overnight boarding. It's a relief to know that our dogs are spending the day with people who not only love animals but understand how to maintain a safe environment for all of the dogs at Tucker Pup's. Anne is great at giving feedback on the dogs' days. Our dogs never smell when they come home. Any concerns I bring to the staff are taken with consideration and given thoughtful attention. Lexus had a great stay!
We moved to Chicago in April and I travel a fair amount for work, so I have to kennel Lexus occasionally. She doesn't love kenneling so it's always kind of stressful. Our previous kennel in Tulsa, OK kind of adopted her like family and were so good to her. I was very nervous about finding someone else we liked as well but I have to say Tucker Pup's has more than met our expectations.
Everyone is kind to her there. I called while gone this time and someone took the time to come visit with me about what her behaviors had been while staying. I really appreciated that. In addition, you are fantastic at the business end, which is often a piece overlooked, even with the best of "dog people." I have also had her groomed there twice and she really looks great. So, kudos for a fantastic operation. And thank you so much! It's such a load off my mind to have a place I can take her where I feel she is well taken care of.

Parker\'s first boarding at Tucker Pup\'s was great. I love that the staff knows my dog and I feel he is well looked after. Parker was indeed exhausted, and appropriately so! This was a trial run for us and as an airline employee I look forward to Parker having more successful \"sleepovers\" at Tucker Pup\'s where I know he will be secure while socializing and having fun!
FYI, Parker is taking a class with Debbie Bickford. She is fantastic because she manages to break down the steps both physically and in puppy language for us! I learn so much every class! Thanks for having such a great instructor as part of the Tucker Pup\'s experience.

We are beyond pleased with Tucker Pup's. Our dog, Swee Pea, has been to other boarding facilities in the past and Tucker Pup's is, by far, the best one. We are so impressed with the staff and how well they handle animals. One of the staff members actually called us when our dog had an upset tummy just to let us know she was under the weather and they were taking good care of her! Lastly, our dog loves Tucker Pup's! She is very happy to be part of the Tucker Pup's Family, and so are we :)

Our only complaint this time around is that Tally decided to eat her bed!...what, are you not feeding her enough?!
One a serious note, Tally is growing up to be a wonderful dog and we attribute much of her success to the quality care and service your staff provides. Tally truly enjoys her time there and we can rest easy knowing that she's in good hands whenever we drop her off. Keep up the great work!

As usual, Daisy and Duke really enjoyed the stay at their favorite place! They are always happy and content for at least two days after boarding at Tucker Pup's, which makes my day a little more relaxing.
