We are so happy to have Tucker Pup's wonderful, caring, trustworthy staff to care for our 2 German Shepherds while at daycare or overnight boarding. It's a relief to know that our dogs are spending the day with people who not only love animals but understand how to maintain a safe environment for all of the dogs at Tucker Pup's. Anne is great at giving feedback on the dogs' days. Our dogs never smell when they come home. Any concerns I bring to the staff are taken with consideration and given thoughtful attention. Just wanted to let you know that as always things went very smoothly with Oakley at Tucker Pup's over Christmas. I really appreciate you taking him. I know you were booked when I called, and that you made an exception to allow him to come as long as I brought his crate.
I also know that Oakley really loves it at Tucker Pup's. I used to take him to another day-care that I could tell he didn't enjoy because he didn't want to go in the back with the other dogs when we'd arrive to drop him off. I had to take him there again over Thanksgiving this year because I was in a bind, which made me feel really anxious about leaving him - something I never feel when dropping Oak off at Tucker Pup's. When I picked him up, I could tell he was completely stressed out, rather than simply tired. It took him much longer to recover.
Thanks for all the thought, love and flexibility you put into your business. I always know that Oak is in good hands when I'm dropping him off!

As ever, we thank you and your team for taking good care of Neko while we were away. We appreciate your prompt response to our email inquiries and to hearing from the team when we picked her up about her temperament and ability to join in your regular crew of dogs each day.
We brought neko home this am, gave her a bath, and she's been happily napping ever since.
You should be so proud of what you've done in three short years! When we first met you, others didn't know so much about you - now, folks at our regular dog daycare are well aware of who you are and how well you do what you do. We've heard so many horror stories from friends who leave their pups while on vacation and have awful experiences - and we've visited a myriad of other boarding options to know that we feel good about how you do what you do.

As usual, you and your staff took care of Cinnamon and Tootie beautifully while they were boarded. It's nice to know that we can leave for a few days and feel completely reassured that they are in good hands. For that, I can't thank you enough. My pug Linus had a great time boarding at Tucker Pup's. I like how his boarding stay was combined with all day play. Other places leave him in a cage all day, and while he not the most active pug in the world, I feel much better knowing he is able to play and interact with other dogs and people.

Thank you so much for your flexibility! We were in a pickle late Saturday morning and couldn't bare leaving Bobby in his kennel at home for the day. We dropped him off without you having a warning and you were able to take him. I promise I won't make a habit of this, but I do appreciate your flexibility and willingness to help us out. Everything went really well as always. I appreciated you taking Chloe even though the "suites" were full. She may have even felt more comfortable sleeping in her own cage. Thank you to all the staff who really looked after Riley this weekend! Since his allergies are really bad this month, his paws are not in the best of shape. I really appreciate the additional support in placing ointment on the skin in between his pads and putting his paws in his doggy booties. I was anxious leaving as I know I take great care of Riley to not let his secondary infections get the better of him due to his allergies. However, after picking him up after 5 days, I could tell his paws had been well take care of. I am so grateful knowing that others can take just as good care of my Riley. I cannot express to you how much relief it gives me to leave Riley at Tucker Pup's knowing he is going to be in such good hands.

We were very pleased yet again with Miles' boarding experience. He came home happy and exhausted! We are excited because he seems to do better each time we board him - for example, he ate more of his meals this time. He usually skips a few while being boarded. The staff is also extremely friendly when we call to 'check in.' They always have very specific details about our dog and his behavior, which is reassuring. So, thanks again! We will definitely be back!

I had to find a new place in a pinch over the Christmas holiday. Joel, the owner, returned my call the same day. Note: I called late afternoon, I didn't expect a return call so soon. Came in for a tour, clean facilties and friendly staff. I have no hesitation bringing Hunter back anytime I need to leave town.

Tucker Pup's has always been accommodating of my travel schedule and has never turned me down. They went the extra mile over the holidays just to ensure my dog had a place to stay while I went out of town for a relatively last minute trip.
The staff is very friendly, the venue is clean and organized and I never worry for a minute when leaving my dog in their care. I know I can rely on my dog having a fun, happy and safe experience when staying with Tucker Pup's.

Hey Joel:
Oscar had an amazing time there for the last two days! I actually love having these few days after Christmas with him not craving my attention every second. I can get all the things done with work and personal that never would have been done.
I've had him at Tucker Pups several times, and every time he comes home he is more obedient than he has ever been. This is without me paying you extra for separate training lessons.
Joel, I see you more than just a good businessman but also a dog lover just like your customers. You actually care about the well-being of every dog you bring in to your facility (it's great to see the actual owner running the front door rather than a staff member; it shows that you love what you do and you run a great business). I spend a lot of money to take care of my dog; as he is family. So I want to make sure every decision I make for his care is the best
decision.

Fritz seems to really like his time spent at Tucker Pup's - and he usually is tired for the rest of the day whenever we bring him home.
Some days when he seems board he likes to 'walk' me toward Tucker Pup's.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tucker Pup's! I had a lot of anxiety leaving our little Murphy for any length of time. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with leaving him and made sure I knew I could call and check on him anytime. When we came to pick him up he had a bath, was groomed and was all set to go. The price was far lower than we had expected and Murphy looked great with his bath and new hair cut. We will be using Tucker Pup's every time we leave town and even when we just want to take Murphy to have a good time.

Dear Joel,
When my husband and I first visited Tucker Pup's, we knew it was the best environment for our dogs Neo and Linus. We have visited nearly a dozen boarding facilities in Chicago and realized after meeting with you our dogs were in a caring and safe environment. They love going so much that when we are within a few blocks of the facility they start crying and get overly excited in the car and they are dragging us through the door. We realized how wonderful everyone was when I called the 2nd day of them staying overnight and you immediately put me through to the handler watching them. I have boarded dogs my entire life and I have never felt as comfortable as I do when Neo and Linus stay at Tucker Pup's.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Scuttle at Tucker Pup's. I know that he is safe and having a great time. The staff has been extremely nice and keeps me updated on how Scuttle is behaving.
I also just took the Manners 1 course and was extremely pleased! Debbie was the greatest! Looking forward to signing up for the next class.
