Thank you so much for your flexibility! We were in a pickle late Saturday morning and couldn't bare leaving Bobby in his kennel at home for the day. We dropped him off without you having a warning and you were able to take him. I promise I won't make a habit of this, but I do appreciate your flexibility and willingness to help us out. Bobby clearly had a great time! He's still zonked!

This was my first time boarding my dog and wanted to make sure I was putting him up at the safest and cleanest place I could find. I went on Yelp to look for reviews and saw Tucker Pup's was consistently rated the highest and decided to give it a try. I am very happy I did. At first, I was a bit nervous when I was dropping him off but the woman who took my dog re-assured me that he'd be okay. Also, I saw the other dogs stroll in and out of the daycare and noticed they were all eager to go in! I left him there for the weekend and when I picked him up, he looked happy as a clam. The woman who was working the check-out gave me a thorough review of my pup's stay, which impressed and surprised me that she was watching my dog with as much attentiveness as described, considering there were several other dogs. The place is extremely well kept and organized. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I will definitely bring my dog back here in the future for boarding/daycare needs and also recommend this place to others!

Thanks so much for taking such great care of Trooper. He was indeed exhausted yesterday, but is back to his crazy puppy self. The couple that ran the kennel we used with our old dog retired and sold the business, so we had nowhere to go with the wee pup when we had a death in the family.

I was so impressed with Tucker Pup's! I just adopted Sammy about 2 months ago and unfortunately needed to go out of town for a wedding for 4 days. I wasn't sure if he would be ok since he spent the first 5 years in a cage before I adopted him. but, he came home yesterday happy and SO TIRED!! That tells me that he had a great time and played his heart out!

As Candy is about to turn 7 years old in August, I was a little nervous about boarding her for the first time, as we have never been apart. Tabitha was so reassuring and calming. By the middle of the trip, I knew Candy was in outstanding hands and being well taken care of. I greatly appreciated the email updates. Tabitha truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Based upon this experience, Candy will definitely be coming back in the future for more playtime. Candy slept the two hours home, and laid firmly against me the entire night. This morning, she cried a few times, and we had more snuggle sessions. After a homemade meal and a few treats, she is happy again and sleeping the afternoon away. I can barely believe that she is worn out. My husband and I are both very impressed with how she did and the wonderful care that she was given by Tabitha and the other staff members. Please send along my THANK YOU to your entire staff for taking such good care of my baby girl.

As always, I appreciate how well you take care of my boy. Normally he just hangs out and doesn't play much, but this time, he made a friend and played a lot.
I have to laugh at the comment about how your dog might be tired...that is one of the reasons that I like to take Debo to Tucker Pup's. He enjoys himself and I'm just so glad that he comes home and sleeps.

We brought neko home this am, gave her a bath, and she's been happily napping ever since.
You should be so proud of what you've done in three short years! When we first met you, others didn't know so much about you - now, folks at our regular dog daycare are well aware of who you are and how well you do what you do. We've heard so many horror stories from friends who leave their pups while on vacation and have awful experiences - and we've visited a myriad of other boarding options to know that we feel good about how you do what you do.

Once again, thank you for taking such good care of our Gus. He has such a terrific time at Tucker Pup's. As soon as we turn down Carpenter Street Gus sits up at attention eagerly waiting to get out of the car and greet his friends. Gus is our 1st puppy and since he was 9 weeks old we have been bringing him to Tucker Pup's for training and later daycare, boarding, and grooming. After every visit Gus comes home exhausted and content. We feel so lucky to be near Tucker Pup's as we never worry or feel guilty for leaving because we know that Gus is in excellent hands and genuinely loves being there. The excellent staff, building cleanliness, non-cement flooring, indoor/outdoor play areas, spacious kennel areas, reasonable pricing and the all-positive training courses really does place Tucker Pup's at a higher standard above the rest. My only suggestion is that there needs to be more Tucker Pup's in the Chicagoland area because we fear that we will never find a place as terrific as Tucker Pup's if we ever need to move outside of city limits.

I just wanted to say what an amazing job you and your team does! I am currently fostering a puppy and she has been in a lot lately (and back this weekend!). Everyone is always very friendly and helpful and I always feel confident that the dog will be well taken care of.

I can say, unequivocally, that I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE your establishment! We dropped Scarlett there for a long weekend. She's never been away from home, and she's come back a different, and better puppy. The kids loved her, but she was driving me a little nuts. She has always been a sweet puppy, but it always seemed like she didn't know how to be a puppy. My mom called the tech, Steve, that worked with her. He explained that socializing her with the other dogs made a difference. He also gave us hope that she can be a good family dog. He mentioned the classes there and we will definitely be making use of them. I'm glad to have found this place and you will be seeing more of Scarlett Rose in the future.

Once again, Tucker Pup's outdid themselves with my two boys! Rudy and Samson were not only completely healthy and happy, they were clean and brushed! They always have fun when they come for day care but I was a bit stressed about leaving them for for 7 days while I was on vacation. They are both still tired, 3 days later after picking them up, but thanks to you, I was thoroughly at ease on my trip knowing they were in such good hands. I've recommended you to everyone I know with a four-legged 'child'. Thanks so much again for the amazing care you give my guys!

We were very pleased with our experience with Tucker Pup's this week. Thank you (and your staff) very much for accommodating Cricket on such short notice. Since it was his first time boarding, I had a lot of questions about what we needed to pack for him and your staff provided me with terrific guidance. And even more important, we really appreciate the fact that your staff remembered Cricket, even though he has only been to day care a few times. We left for our trip confident that Cricket was in good hands. We will definitely bring our dog to Tucker Pup's should we need to board him again!

Gus's stay with you guys from June 5 thru the 8th went very well. Gus does not seem to like other dogs, a fact my husband and I are both aware of, but despite this, all your employees were very accommodating with him. The ones I spoke with when I picked him up were very honest, realized he wasn't comfortable all the time with the other dogs and they did what they could to keep him from stressful situations. I appreciate the fact that they tell me what he was like and how he acted, even though it might not be what they think I want to hear. In fact, one girl was just very concerned for Gus because she knows all the dogs there have so much fun and she felt so sad that it didn't seem fun for Gus. How refreshing to have a perfect stranger be concerned that your dog wasn't having enough fun!!! It certainly isn't anyone's fault at Tucker Pup's that Gus is afraid of other dogs and my only concern when I leave town is that he is somewhere safe, with people who will accept him for who he is and not be any less attentive to him just because of his fears. I know your people try very hard to incorporate him in the fun and I like the fact that they don't force him to act in a certain way. One employee even offered suggestions to me of things I could work on with him to get him to be tolerant of other dogs, some of which I've tried ....today, he actually sniffed another dog when we were in the pet store....something he never would have done a month ago!! I'm working hard with Gus at home and I've been assured that Tucker Pup's will always welcome him to stay there. I, too am sometimes sad that he doesn't run around and enjoy playing with other dogs, but as we all know each dog is different and should be accepted for what they are. I truly appreciate that Gus is well cared for, safe, and enjoyed by many of your staff when he stays with you guys. I never worry about him when I go away and would highly recommend your facility to anyone who wants excellent care for their dog when they're away. Thanks to all of you for all you do!!!

I'm am very happy with Tucker Pup's! My dog Jake boarded there and the staff was friendly and very professional. I was also assisted with purchasing new food for Jake and your wonderful staff helped me pick out a great food for Jake's needs. Just got home tonight with Quincy and boy is he tired! Our dog was with you for 5 days. We called while gone and heard he was playing like crazy and it sure looks like it.
He got groomed while he was with you and he looks fantastic. Joanna did a wonderful job and he was matted and needed some work!
Our experience with Tucker Pup's was really great - everyone was so nice and when we called we got good updates about Quincy.
Overall a great experience and we definitely will be back.

So far, all seems to be well with Scout. She was extremely tired last night (which was nice for me since my weekend was tiring, too).
One thing I noticed when I picked her up was that she wasn't whining too much and her anxiety level wasn't as high as I thought it might be, so that tells me that she is comfortable with you guys and the facility at this point. That's reassuring for me since she is such a high strung dog!
I have to say that your staff is really great and you are well organized. Checking in and out are seamless, and I very much appreciate that. The place I used to board her in the neighborhood was always chaotic and I was very exasperated each time I took her and brought her home. I felt just as traumatized as Scout, I think! So, definitely keep doing whatever you're doing because it's working!

Was really happy with you guys! Quincy came to you last Thursday and was fine, but then he got a bit sick and threw up and I got a call from Abby, and she promised to keep me posted. They put Quincy in a 'suite' and let him sleep, and then he was OK. It was so nice to hear the updates from Abby and know he was getting such good care.
I picked him up yesterday and he is tired but happy, and I'm very pleased with you guys and hope he was not too much trouble. Will recommend to my friends!
