My girlfriend and I have a 7 month old golden-doodle puppy named Newman. Unfortunately Newman has had to endure a couple of tail surgeries in his short time with us. So when it came to boarding him, we were very concerned about finding a reputable and responsible caretaker. Since Newman was fresh off of his second surgery we were very apprehensive about leaving him anywhere due to the special attention that he needed in order to ensure no more harm came to his tail. On a friend's recommendation we chose Tucker Pup's. When we picked Newman up after his short stay, he not only was well on his way to being fully healed but he was 'tuckered' out from all the fun he had with the other dogs.
We have brought Newman to Tucker Pup's every time we have had a need for boarding or doggy daycare since. He gets excited when he sees the Tucker Pup's building and doesn't seem to want to leave when it is time to pick him up. I would recommend Tucker Pup's to anyone who needs such services.

As always, Augie was jumping out of his skin when we arrived. The way he reacts, it seems like dog paradise must lie beyond the doors of the lobby. He seemed quite content -- if not wholly exhausted -- when I picked him up. Thanks.

You always do a thorough job checking in our dogs and we can tell how personal and professional all the staff are. We can also tell how much both of our dogs enjoy their stay there.

Thank you for taking care of Winston while we were away! As far as I can tell, he had a wonderful stay at Tucker Pup's. The one time I called to check on him, the staff was great and reassured me that he was doing well. I think he misses all his friends at Tucker Pup's and we'll for sure be back!

Tucker Pup's did a great job boarding Oliver while my wife and I were gone for a long weekend. As a puppy we were especially wary of boarding Oliver but Tucker Pup's was perfect. He came home tired and clean and has adjusted back to life and home quite smoothly.

One of my fiance's friends has been raving about their new doggie daycare. When I looked it up on Yelp I realized that Summer (my pup) has been missing out on a grand old time! And just a few days ago Summer got to experience her own 2 days of fun at Tucker Pup's.
I believe Summer has found her new home away from home...
1) I love that when I call Tucker Pup's they actually answer the phone. May be odd that this impresses me, but we used to take Summer to another doggie daycare and it drove me crazy that they were impossible to get in touch with!
2) Joel, the very personable owner, runs one heck of a doggie daycare. And it helps that you can tell he's a huge dog lover!
3) During pick-up I asked to talk to the staff that spent time with Summer and they provided me with a detailed description of how Summer did there that I could share with my super protective dog owner fiance.
4) Summer came home smell free (well as smell free as a smelly dog can be). She typically needs to be put in the bath immediately after her days at her other doggie daycare, but Tucker Pup's did a great job of keeping her cleaner!
5) Tucker, Joel's lab, is absolutely adorable and the best behaved dog I've ever seen. If Joel can make Summer that calm I'll be dropping her off everyday!
So yeah, I'm a fan! And when I was complaining about Summer's shedding problem (nothing like having dog hair all over my clothes) Joel informed me that his groomer does some sort of deshedding thing and that his lab didn't shed for weeks after. We'll be trying that soon and if their groomer can stop Summer from shedding 5 stars is not nearly enough stars for Tucker Pup's!

Our golden retriever Riley boarded at Tucker Pup's over New Year's, and the staff told us that she was a 'party animal' and had a blast playing with the other dogs. We joked that she was in 'Doggie Vegas,' as she was wiped out when she got home. We feel totally comfortable having her stay at Tucker Pup's - it's like she gets a fun vacation while we're on vacation. Makes you feel less guilty about leaving your doggie behind.

We really felt good about leaving Samson at Tucker Pup's while we were on vacation for a few days. Everyone there is so responsible and caring. We take Samson to Tucker Pup's for daycare on occasion as well. He really gets excited when we start walking toward Tucker Pup's; I can't think of a better endorsement! Thanks for everything!

I just wanted to say "thank you" for taking care of my puppy, Bubba, overnight while I had to travel for work. Everyone at Tucker Pup's was so kind and professional and put my mind at ease by walking me through what his experience would be, from playing to eating to sleeping. I knew he was well taken care of beforehand and then I was also briefed about his stay when I returned. He was having so much fun with the other dogs when I walked in that I actually felt bad for taking him home. I was also impressed by the individual attention to his needs (i.e., naps as a puppy). When we got home, he was so much calmer from being able to play all day. You have a fantastic facility but it's truly the staff and the excellent service that you provide that will keep us coming back to you. Well done!

I was more than pleasantly surprised with my boarding experience at Tucker Pup's. Fergie is extremely shy, scared, and fearful of people. I only had her for 6 months (I got her from the rescue organization), and she had bonded with ME, but would not go to anyone else. I had to go on a trip, and I very hesitantly left her. When I came back and picked her up, I was shocked to see her actually running, playing and fetching with the other dogs. She had obviously been very well taken care of, and more importantly was not traumatized. I am so relieved to have found such a remarkable place to leave my dog. The girls who took care of the dogs were SO nice, and truly cared about the dogs. Normally Fergie would have been crouched in a corner. But to see her interacting with the girls and other dogs was truly amazing. Everyone was so accommodating and concerned with making Fergie comfortable. I am sure she probably got extra hugs and kisses, just as if she were home.

My Clyde stayed at Tucker Pup's for 5 nights. I was so worried about him, even though all the staff I had met were so nice. Well, I had no need to worry because I could tell that Clyde had an absolute BLAST! I could tell that he played a lot and had a really good time. He was tired for a couple days, just like his owners! I guess we all needed vacation recovery. I am very happy with the service and the care that the staff has for the pets. I will definitely bring Clyde back to Tucker Pup's!!!

I love seeing how happy Bailey is when she arrives at Tucker Pup's! I know that the staff will take great care of her and that she'll have a clean, safe environment to play in while I'm gone! It really makes going out of town so much easier because I don't feel guilty that my little puppy is going to be in a dark cage all day. She's not just a number, the people at Tucker Pup's know her name, her likes, her dislikes, and give her one-on-one attention (when she stops playing with the other dogs long enough to give the attention to her).
I would recommend Tucker Pup's to anyone that wants the best for their dog!

I recommend Tucker Pup's to everyone I know who needs boarding or daycare for their dog. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and you can tell they really care about the best interest of the dogs. The facility is very clean and very well-maintained. My dog Berkley gets so excited every time I drop him off, I can tell he has so much fun when he is there!! I have used several other facilities for boarding and have never felt as comfortable and confident as I do leaving Berkley at Tucker Pup's.

Egypt and Tor are regular Saturday and Sunday daycare visitors so they were already BIG fans of Tucker Pup's. However, I am thrilled that their first boarding experience was with Tucker Pup's because the staff and familiar surroundings were essential to helping my pups get passed a very stressful ordeal. I can't say enough for the obvious love and great treatment the pups receive when they are at Tucker Pup's. They are always excited when we drive up to the center; like giddy children going to a toy store. When we picked them up, they had just been groomed and looked fabulous! I would not hesitate to board at Tucker Pup's again and sincerely thank Joel and the entire Tucker Pup's crew for the great service they provide.

Oscar had an amazing time there for the last two days! I actually love having these few days after Christmas with him not craving my attention every second. I can get all the things done with work and personal that never would have been done.
I've had him at Tucker Pups several times, and every time he comes home he is more obedient than he has ever been. This is without me paying you extra for separate training lessons.
Joel, I see you more than just a good businessman but also a dog lover just like your customers. You actually care about the well-being of every dog you bring in to your facility (it's great to see the actual owner running the front door rather than a staff member; it shows that you love what you do and you run a great business). I spend a lot of money to take care of my dog; as he is family. So I want to make sure every decision I make for his care is the best
decision.

Everyone at Tucker Pup's has always been very helpful and nice. Tyson (our dog) has always been healthy and happy when he comes home after staying with Tucker Pup's. His bath is especially nice before he comes home!
