Want to write a review about us?
It's a fact of life that
most people with positive experiences don't write reviews. If you have had positive experiences here, we strongly encourage you to let other people know.
If you believe you have had a negative experience, we ask that you do several things before racing to write an online review.
- Contact the owner directly if you have any concerns. If your concern is valid, I will always do what I can to make it right. Give us the opportunity to address the situation before telling the world. This is especially true given next point below about jumping to conclusions.
- Don't jump to conclusions. Everything has a logical explanation. For example, if your dog has minor diarrhea after leaving here from a boarding stay, remember that some dogs get stressed while boarding but typically return to normal after a day or two. Don't let that turn into "My dog went there and got sick. Those people don't care about dogs." If we didn't care about service excellence, we wouldn't have so many positive reviews already.
- Think about your overall experience, not just the one small aspect that has irked you. If you're concerned about one very minor aspect, do we really deserve a one-star rating, especially if we corrected the situation or offered you a logical explanation?
Reviews are intended for people who have actually experienced our service. If you have not used our service and are basing your opinion on things you have heard, or judging us based on something you read on our website, we kindly ask that you refrain from writing a review. Instead, we ask that you contact the owner, who will address your concerns.
